Transcript:

0:01: Welcome to Inspectify, this video will give you an overview of the inspect app and what you can expect when completing a job.

0:09: Once you have logged into the app, you will see the home screen within this screen.

0:13: You will notice three main tabs along the top.

0:15: The upcoming tab, the offers tab and the completed tab.

0:20: The offers tab will house any job offers that were sent to you via a push notification to your device and are available for you to accept or decline.

0:29: The offer will list the basics of the job and clicking into the offer will give further information and the ability to either accept or decline this job.

0:38: Please note that you have 10 minutes to accept an offer before that job is offered to the next surveyor in line.

0:45: If the job is still showing after 10 minutes, feel free to accept.

0:50: If the offer disappears from this tab prior to 10 minutes, it means that you were not the first surveyor in line and another surveyor has accepted the job.

0:59: Please ensure that you have push notifications turned on and your app is fully up to date in order to receive offers from us.

1:09: The completed tab is where you can see any jobs that you have previously completed on our platform.

1:15: If you need to make any edits as requested by our team, this is where you can find that job, make any edits needed and resubmit the report.

1:25: When you click into the upcoming tab, you will see any offers that you have accepted and have been scheduled for you to complete along the top.

1:34: You will also notice these buttons.

1:36: This feature is great for keeping your upcoming inspections organized as you can click them to see which inspections you have scheduled today as well as the next day.

1:45: And the go anytime button allows you to see any inspections which you can inspect at your convenience by a certain deadline.

1:52: Maps is another great feature. Clicking the map icon will bring up the location of your inspections in a map view so that you can easily route your inspections.

2:03: Let's explore a job card.

2:05: The job cards will show you critical information needed to complete this inspection.

2:10: It lists the address, the date and time of the inspection as well as the type of inspection.

2:16: It will also display if the job is scheduled and has not been started or if the job is currently in progress, clicking into the job card will display the same basic information.

2:26: And additionally, the pay.

2:28: If you click on the inspection type, you can see an overview of the template and clicking the pay field will show you additional information regarding the pay for this inspection.

2:38: I will release pay for any job you complete on our platform within one business day of the report being uploaded and published.

2:45: Please note that your financial institution may take an additional day or two to deposit the funds into your account.

2:58: As it may contain important instructions or other considerations for the appointment.

3:03: You will also find any access information here needed to complete the inspection.

3:14: If you are having any access issues, you may click the troubleshooting button, follow any steps provided and connect with our team immediately via tech support.

3:23: If you still need assistance, let's go ahead and start this inspection here.

3:30: You will find your inspection checklist.

3:32: Each system has a percentage bar so that you can monitor your progress within each system.

3:37: You will find questions and photo requirements to complete.

3:40: Please follow the template by adding the required unique photos and answering any questions to the best of your ability.

3:46: You may start with any system you'd like they do not need to be completed in order.

3:54: Let's take a look at the exterior system within the exterior system.

3:58: You will notice the subsystems and their corresponding photo and question requirements.

4:03: You can see that within general photos, you will need to answer eight questions and take 24 photos.

4:10: If you are unable to inspect any portion of the template, you can select not present or cannot inspect along the top.

4:18: Selecting either of these options will remove all questions in that system.

4:23: So please be mindful and ensure you are unable to answer any of the questions within that system.

4:28: Before choosing these options.

4:31: At the bottom of the screen, you will see some additional options such as the ability to add deficiencies.

4:37: If you notice anything, you'd like the client to be aware of adding limitations, adding additional photos as well as notes if the items in the system are present, but you cannot inspect them.

4:48: You can choose, cannot inspect.

4:51: This will bring you to our limitation library where you can search for the reason you are unable to inspect.

4:57: Let's go back and continue this inspection.

5:10: If we click into front of house photos, we are able to take the required photos directly within the app by clicking on the icon.

5:17: Our in-app camera does operate slightly slower than your device's camera.

5:21: So please give your device an extra second to capture the image to accommodate slower shutter speeds.

5:27: If you are unable to capture the required photos, you can select, cannot answer and choose the reason.

5:36: If you are completing a draw inspection, your template will look slightly different for draw inspections, the template will ask for photos as well as your opinion on the percentage of completion for an item or area.

5:48: For example, the template may ask how much of the property siding has been replaced.

5:53: Please provide your best estimate whether it is 20% 50% or 100%.

5:59: If it does not appear that any part of the siding has been replaced.

6:02: We do still ask that you include a percentage in this case, 0% and take any required photos, even photos showing no progress has been made along the bottom of the screen.

6:14: You will notice there is a sync button.

6:16: Our app will automatically sync and save your work every five minutes when there is good Wi Fi or data.

6:22: However, you may choose to save your work at any time by manually pushing the sync button.

6:28: Once you have completed all required questions and photos, you will notice that the percentage bar is 100% for all systems and the complete button is now available at this time.

6:39: We recommend pushing the three dots in the top right corner so that you can preview your report.

6:44: Previewing your report will show you how the client will see the report.

6:48: It's important to review the report prior to publishing to ensure your photos are clear and everything looks good.

6:59: Once you are happy with your report, you may click the complete button and publish the report.
