Our Customer Success team is responsible for the booking of inspections, day-of inspection needs or issue escalations. They are available to assist you with any issues you may run into.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and there are times when you need to cancel or reschedule a booked inspection. We want to help make the process as smooth as possible for you. To avoid any cancellation fees, please ensure that all rescheduling requests are submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled inspection. This allows us to adjust our schedule and provide opportunities for other clients who may need our services. If you find yourself needing to make changes, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team as soon as possible to adjust any details of your scheduled inspection appointment.
