Client Referral Program

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Client Referral Program, created to reward inspectors for helping grow our client network.

How it works

Refer a client, such as a property manager, lender, or real estate fund, and you’ll receive a portion of Inspectify’s revenue from that client for 12 months, once eligibility thresholds are met.

Earnings payments will be made quarterly, unless otherwise noted by Inspectify.

Earnings example
If your referral spends $500,000 in one year, resulting in $100,000 in revenue for Inspectify -  you would earn $10,000.

Eligibility
Referral payouts begin once the client reaches $5,000/month in GMV or $15,000 in total GMV.

By participating in the Inspectify Client Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Scope and Availability

This program is designed for active inspectors referring clients such as property managers, real estate funds, or lenders. Inspectify reserves the right to determine program availability based on operational capacity, market needs, and internal priorities. Participation may be limited to specific regions, clients, or inspectors, and Inspectify may alter or end the program at its sole discretion.

Referral Eligibility

  • Self-referrals are not eligible. You may not refer yourself or any business you own or control.

  • Client eligibility is determined solely by Inspectify. The referred client must be new to the platform or not actively engaged with our sales team.

  • Previously engaged clients may not qualify for referral incentives, especially if they were already part of a previous promotion or have expired eligibility.

Submission Requirements

  • All referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by Inspectify.

  • You must include accurate and complete client contact information.

Incentive Structure

  • Incentive Amount: You’ll earn 10% of revenue generated by the referred client for up to 12 months.

  • Payout Start: Payouts begin once the referred client either:

    • Reaches $5,000/month in revenue, or

    • Generates $15,000 in total spend.

  • Incentive Adjustments: Inspectify may modify incentive terms depending on geographic region, timing, or other business considerations. Incentive amounts may vary by inspector.

  • Single Referral Credit: Only one inspector will be eligible for a referral reward per client. Inspectify will determine who receives credit based on submission timestamps and CRM records.

  • No Combinations: This offer cannot be combined with any other sign-up bonuses or promotions.

Ongoing Eligibility

  • Referrals can become eligible at any time in the future, depending on when the client activates. However, you must remain an active inspector on the platform at the time the client reaches eligibility for you to receive any incentives.

Fraud and Misuse

  • Inspectify reserves the right to withhold or cancel any incentives earned through fraudulent means, misrepresentation, or violations of these terms.

Communications & Disclosures

  • Inspectify may share updates with referring inspectors regarding a client’s progress toward eligibility.

  • Referring inspectors may communicate with their referred clients about the program. Inspectify is not responsible for the content of such communications.

Changes and Cancellation

  • This program is subject to change or termination at any time. Inspectify may revise terms without prior notice.

Final Decisions

  • All program-related decisions made by Inspectify are final, non-negotiable, and not subject to appeal.
