Sometimes the coordinates of the comparable property returned by our API provider can be wrong or missing, especially for new neighborhoods. The appraiser can manually update the comp location by going to the Sales Comparables tab, then clicking on the Edit Details menu button in the header of the comp:
They will find a map where they can click on a new location and click Save to update:
