CubiCasa’s GoToScan App for Floor Plans

Moving forward, we will be using CubiCasa’s GoToScan app to increase efficiency in completing floor plan scans. The process for completing the scan is the same as CubiCasa’s main app, but accessing the scan is much easier.

Accessing a scan

Instead of logging in to the Inspectify CubiCasa account and creating the scan for the property, you’ll simply click on the provided link in the CubiCasa scan question in the inspection template as shown below.

If you do not have the GoToScan app downloaded, you’ll be prompted to do so. After downloading, you’ll be redirected to the corresponding scan.

Helpful Tip: If you are prompted, select “Allow Paste” so you are directed to the correct scan in the GoToScan app. If you miss this, no problem, just go back to the Inspectify app and click on the link again.

The GoToScan app should open directly into the scan you are meant to complete starting with their short tutorial on how to complete the scan.

Upon completing the scan, return to the Inspectify app and mark the CubiCasa Floor Plan question as “Yes” so we know you’ve completed it.

Troubleshooting

If you run into any issues completing the scan, please reach out to our support team. In the case that GoToScan isn’t working, we may ask you to complete the scan by logging into our Inspectify account on the main CubiCasa app.
