Denver Compliance Inspection FAQs

Please read below for important information regarding your upcoming Denver Compliance Inspection.

General Inspectify Process:

1. Make sure your address is part of the Residential Rental Program by Denver.
2. Once you have verified that you do need an inspection, follow the link below and fill out all of the prompts.
   
   • • Click this link to book your inspection.
     • Please indicate in the Special Instructions section if you will be providing access to the property for the inspector or if a current resident will be providing property access.
3. Once our team receives your order, our team will either reach out to you or the resident (as indicated in the Special Instructions) for date and time availabilities via text message.
   • Texts will come from (855) 271-6876, Inspectify’s number.
4. We will reach out to the inspector with your provided availability to schedule the inspection.
5. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with the confirmed inspection date and time.
6. If your inspection requires a re-inspection, this can be conducted virtually or in person at the inspector’s discretion.
   1. For virtual re-inspections, the inspector will give specific instructions and you or the resident must provide photos of the fixed findings from the initial inspection.
   2. For in person re-inspections, our team will reach out for your availability and coordinate access to the property with the inspector.
