Exporting Your Order Data: How the CSV Button Works

The CSV button on your Orders Dashboard is a quick and easy way to export your order data into a spreadsheet for external reporting, sharing, or record-keeping.

How It Works

Located in the top navigation area of your Orders Dashboard, clicking the CSV button will automatically generate and download a CSV file containing all the orders currently displayed on your dashboard.

Customizing Your Export

The CSV download feature is designed to respect any active filters or search terms you have applied to your dashboard view. This means you can easily customize the exact data you export by adjusting your view before downloading:

• Search: If you use the search bar to find specific addresses, names, or emails, your resulting CSV will only contain the orders that match those search terms.
• Filters: You can apply filters such as Alerts, Service status, or Owner. The downloaded CSV will reflect exactly what is filtered on your screen.

Note: The dashboard CSV button exports your high-level order list. If you are looking to download the specific inspection data for a completed service, you can download a data CSV directly from the Reports page for that individual service.
