Getting Started at Appraisify

Please review the information below, as it outlines key requirements, expectations, and procedures for completing assignments with Appraisify.


You will receive a separate invitation to Appraisify Toolkit, our proprietary report writing platform where all assignments are completed.


Reports will not be accepted on a GPAR or 1004H.


Getting an Assignment

When an order becomes available in your licensed coverage area, you will receive an email from orders@appraisify.com. Open the offer, review the property details and any attached documents, then select Accept or Decline.


Important:

    • If you do not click Accept, the order will remain available to other appraisers.
    • Only accepted orders are assigned to you for completion.
    • If you accept an order and later determine you cannot complete it, you must notify orders@appraisify.com immediately so we can take action quickly.

Appraisify Toolkit Access

As mentioned previously, you will receive a separate invitation for our report writing platform, Toolkit. If you do not get an invitation, please email hello@appraisify.com as soon as possible so that you can be assigned work.

Once your Toolkit account is active, we will assign you a practice desktop appraisal so you can become familiar with the platform and workflow before accepting live assignments.

Completion of the practice order is not required to become active on our panel. It is simply a training opportunity designed to help you explore the system, learn the workflow hands-on, and become more comfortable with Toolkit before completing client-facing assignments.
The attached resources will help guide you through account setup and completing reports directly within Toolkit.

Fees & Coverage


We operate on a standardized fee structure based on product type. Fees are paid directly to the appraiser as follows:


Desktop Appraisals

  • AIV + ARV Standalone Desktop: $175
  • AIV + ARV Pre-Hybrid Desktop: $175
  • AIV Only Standalone Desktop: $115
Hybrid Appraisals
  • Post-Desktop AIV + ARV Hybrid: $95
  • AIV + ARV Standalone Hybrid: $175
  • AIV Only Standalone Hybrid: $115

In rare cases involving unusual complexity, fees may be reviewed, though this is uncommon.


Coverage Expectations


At this time, our system allows coverage to be designated at the county level. If you would like to add, remove, or modify any counties within your coverage area, please email hello@appraisify.com, and our team will update your profile on the back end.


In addition to county-based assignment routing, Appraisify may occasionally conduct manual statewide outreach for urgent coverage needs, bulk assignment opportunities, or specialty products. As a result, you may occasionally receive communications regarding opportunities outside of your designated county coverage areas. If you do not wish to accept that offer, please let us know. Declining these outreach opportunities will not negatively impact your performance metrics, SLA, or future assignments.


Please note that county coverage preferences cannot currently be updated directly within your dashboard and must be managed by the Appraisify team.
