How and when do I get paid?

We recently updated our payment schedule and want to make sure you have the latest information on how and when payments are processed.

Appraisify issues payments on a Net-7 schedule. Here's how it works:

• Payment is initiated 7 calendar days after your appraisal report has been approved
• The 7-day countdown begins only after the report has been accepted without any outstanding revisions
• If a revision is requested, the 7-day payment timeline will restart once the revised report has been submitted and approved
• No action is required on your end. Payments are processed automatically.
• Once payment has been initiated, funds typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your financial institution

Each appraisal is paid independently based on its own approval date, so if you have multiple assignments, each will follow its own payment timeline.

This process ensures that all client revisions have been completed and the report has been fully approved before payment is issued.
