A template question may require you to identify if something is damaged, requires repair, etc. Depending on the template, there are a few different ways to log a defect.
1. For a standard deficiency
If a deficiency is already listed in our system, you can search for it in the deficiency tab.
2. If there is a question available
Some templates have specific questions for your to answer. This example asks about the condition of the driveway. If there is an issue, it will require you to log a defect, as shown below.
3. For a custom deficiency
You can add a custom deficiency if you cannot find the applicable defect in our defect library. Click the '+' in the top right corner of the deficiency list to add a custom deficiency.
