How does the acceptance process work?

We send jobs out one at a time, to one person at a time. When you get a job offer, you’ll have 45 minutes to either accept or decline it.

• If you decline, it’ll immediately move on to the next person.

• If you don’t respond within 45 minutes, it automatically moves on as well.

Now, if you click to accept after the 45 minutes are up:

• If the job hasn’t been claimed yet, you’ll still get it assigned to you.

• But if someone else has already claimed it, you won’t be able to.
