Adding Seller Concessions in Toolkit
- Seller concessions can be included on the XML that is imported into Toolkit.
- The appraiser can manually enter seller concessions in the Properties section of Appraiser Toolkit in the Optional Fields section which is located just below the Required Cost Fields.
