How to Update Instructions on an Order
To provide specific guidance for a property, navigate to the Instructions tab on your Order Details page. Here, you will find fully editable text fields for three different types of instructions:
Contractor instructions
Information the inspector needs to know while on-site.
Appraiser instructions
Guidance specific to the assigned appraiser.
