This section will highlight features in the Inspectify Home Inspection app.

Upcoming tab
The Upcoming tab will display all scheduled inspections that have not been completed yet. Inspections are sorted by the schedule date and time in ascending order.
Each inspection will be displayed as individual cards that feature the address, date, time, inspection type, along with the inspection status. If available, the card will also feature a photo of the property.

Completed tab
The Completed tab will display all completed inspections.

Search
Search functionality is available to quickly find a scheduled inspection. Search by the property’s address, city, or zip code. A minimum of three characters need to be entered to initiate search. Search will span across the Upcoming and Completed tabs.

Inspection job details
Clicking on an inspection card opens up the job details view where it will detail the property address, who scheduled the inspection, the inspection type, and any additional information included during the scheduling process.
This is also where you can initiate the inspection.
- Directions
Clicking on Directions next to the property address will open up the device’s map app for directions. - Contacts
Clicking on Contacts next to the name of the scheduler will open up their respective contact information. - Start inspection
Clicking on Start inspection will initiate the inspection. The user will then be redirected to the checklist of items to inspect that was created based on the template selected during the scheduling process.

Add new inspection
Use the "+ Add new inspection" button to start a new inspection order.
You'll be prompted to input details such as the property address, inspection date and time, and select the inspection template of your choice (if more than one is provided). Additionally, you can input stakeholder information to ensure that relevant contacts receive notifications and copies of the inspection report.
