What are the requirements to join the Appraisify Appraiser Panel?
Appraisify works with independent appraisers across the United States to complete desktop and hybrid appraisal assignments.

Appraiser Requirements
To be considered for the Appraisify panel, you must:
- Be a U.S.-based licensed appraiser with an active appraisal license
- Maintain current Errors & Omissions (E&O) / Professional Liability insurance with a minimum $500,000 aggregate limit
- Provide a recent, redacted sample appraisal report for review
- Complete all required onboarding documentation, including applicable agreements, W-9, and ACH payment information
- Be comfortable completing appraisal reports through Appraisify's web-based Toolkit platform
No. Personal MLS access is not required to join the panel. Toolkit provides access to property and market data from major MLS sources.
Appraisers are still responsible for accepting assignments only in markets where they have the appropriate geographic competency to complete a credible appraisal.
What types of assignments does Appraisify offer?Appraisify primarily offers desktop and hybrid appraisal assignments. Opportunities are sent based on factors such as licensure, coverage, assignment requirements, and current client demand.
Panel participation does not guarantee a specific number of assignments, and appraisers are not required to accept every opportunity they receive.
