order_received

Confirmation of receipt for your recent inspection booking, expect quotes within 1 hour during business hours (8am - 5pm, M-F) and up to 24 hours outside of business hours; reach out with any questions.

fixed_schedule_booking_request

Confirmation of request for recent inspection booking. Expect follow up outreach with confirmation and calendar invite when there is an inspector assigned.

request_availabilities_and_or_access

Request for availability using provided booking calendar link. Request for property access information (lockbox codes, occupancy info, ShowingTime information)

inspector_options_mailer

Includes a link to view and pay for invoice. Please note that payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or it may be canceled.

bill_to_client_invoice

Provides inspection booking details and request to accept inspection service agreement using payment link provided. The appointment will be canceled if the service agreement is not accepted 24 hours before the inspection is scheduled.

bill_to_escrow_invoice

Request to complete payment on attached invoice or forward invoice to your escrow/accounting department for payment at closing.

inspection_confirmed

Confirmation of inspection booking. Includes date, time, inspection company, inspection types. Information about preparing for your inspection appointment.

inspection_document_ready

Provides summary of inspection report. Attaches a copy and provides a link to the web report.

energy_audit_report_ready

Provides a link to the Home Energy Report. These include detailed insights into the property’s energy profile, efficiency metrics, carbon emissions, suggested improvements, available rebates and tax incentives.

report_published_with_attachment

Provides summary of inspection report. Attaches a copy and provides a link to the web report.

This only works for reports completed on Inspectify App and includes the report PDF as an attachment. 

Rarely used because: Customers should go to our website to get the report, PDFs might not fit in the email (files often too large) and they may break the system. Only used for MMG right now.

Reminder that proof of property ownership is needed for eligibility for the Inspection Warranty. Provides a link to verify status.
