Inspectify Basics

About Inspectify

Inspectify is a managed marketplace that connects inspectors with a wide range of clients, including homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and property managers. We provide inspection jobs, not leads - ensuring vetted, high-quality inspections and property assessments nationwide.

Types of Inspections

As an inspector partner, you may receive requests for:

  • General home inspections
  • Ancillary services (e.g., radon, mold, termite)
  • Custom-scoped inspections
  • Rental property assessments

App Usage & Inspection Process

  • Most inspections require the Inspectify app for completion.
  • Our booking team will indicate if a job can be done off-app (client-dependent).
  • Inspectors receive login credentials and an app tutorial before starting.

Onboarding Requirements

To join Inspectify, inspectors must submit:

✅ Certificate of Insurance (COI)

✅ License information (if required in your state)

✅ Payment details for direct deposit

✅ Completed & e-signed W9 form

Expectations & Standards

✔ Respond promptly to job requests.

✔ Submit inspection reports within 24 hours of the appointment.

✔ Only share inspection results with the client who ordered the service.

Job Assignment & Pricing

  • There’s no exclusivity - inspectors are assigned based on location, services, availability, and pricing.
  • Ancillary service pricing is set by inspectors during onboarding.
  • Inspector-priced orders have a 20% platform fee deducted.
  • Set-priced inspections have no platform fee deduction.
  • No membership or annual fees to partner with Inspectify.

Legal Agreement

  • All inspector partners must agree to the Master Inspection and Services Agreement, which replaces the need for individual pre-inspection agreements per job.
  • Inspectors who do not accept this agreement cannot join the platform.

When Inspectify Onboards New Inspectors

We bring on new inspectors only when needed:

    1. High demand - More inspectors are required in a busy area.
    2. Anticipated growth - Expanding into a region with few or no current inspectors.
