Inspectify Dashboard: Company Level Users
This article provides an overview of the changes to our Inspectify dashboard from team users to company level and how to navigate these new changes for a more seamless experience
Company Level
Now you can see users have been stored at the company level, which simplifies user management by unifying them under the company's umbrella rather than separating them by teams. The dashboard will now display information at the company level, aggregating data across all teams within the company.
Enhanced Filtering Feature Implemented
The Account Page
Key Changes:
1. Company-Level Account Info: All account details, settings, and permissions will now be managed at the company level rather than the team level. This allows for more centralized control and better visibility for administrators.
2. User Management at the Company Level: Any user management tasks, such as adding or removing users, adjusting permissions, or setting access levels, will now be done at the company level. This streamlines the process and makes managing multiple teams under the same company account easier.
3.. Rehab Project: Customers can now start a rehab project directly from any report within a team they have access to, without needing to switch between user accounts. This improvement allows you to manage everything with a single account, simplifying the process and saving time.
