Inspectify Fee Schedule
This Fee Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Master Inspection Services Agreement (MISA) between Inspectify and each Service Provider. All fees, rates, and terms below are subject to change upon notice as permitted under the Fee Schedule provisions of the MISA.
1. Base Inspection Fees

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:

Example: If the inspection fee is $150 and canceled within 24 hours, the Service Provider receives $75.
3. Safety and Access Fees

Qualification Requirements:
To receive any Safety or Access Fee, the Service Provider must:
- Confirm that all Service Provider instructions were followed; and
- Contact Inspectify while on-site, using the Company’s designated reporting method.
4. Flexible Access / Go Anytime Orders
Work Orders designated as “Go Anytime,” “Flexible Access,” or similar scheduling types do not qualify for any cancellation, rescheduling, safety, or access fees, regardless of client or site conditions. Because scheduling flexibility is inherent to these orders, no additional compensation shall be due if access is delayed, the property is unavailable, or the inspection cannot be completed for reasons outside the Service Provider’s control.
5. Fee Cap
All fees payable under this Fee Schedule are capped at $150 per inspection address per date, unless otherwise specified in a Work Order.
6. Updates and Notice
Inspectify may modify this Fee Schedule from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions, client programs, or operational needs. Any updates will be communicated via email, the Inspectify platform, or other standard communication channels.
