Master Inspection & Services Agreement
All Inspectors and Surveyors must sign the Master Inspection & Services Agreement (MISA) before receiving access to jobs. The agreement outlines the scope of work, platform expectations, payment terms, and general responsibilities when completing inspections or surveys through Inspectify.
Conflict of Interest Considerations
If you currently work for a franchise or branch-based inspection company, you are responsible for verifying whether your employer has any conflict of interest or restrictions related to working with outside platforms. Many companies allow independent contracting, but some may have limitations in place.
You should review your employment agreement or speak with your manager/owner to confirm you are permitted to perform contract work with Inspectify.
If no restrictions exist, you should be able to join without issue.
Inspectify does not monitor or manage employer-specific rules, so it is the responsibility of each inspector or surveyor to ensure that signing the MISA does not violate any agreements they already have in place.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I submit an interest form?
Once submitted, your information is placed in our applicant pool. Next steps depend on your role:
-
Surveyors: Background check review
-
Inspectors: General Liability insurance and certification/license review
Please ensure all required documents and onboarding checklist items are completed. Once your profile passes review, you will receive access to the Dashboard and can begin accepting jobs.
How do I get access to jobs?
Once your profile is activated, you’ll be able to view and claim jobs via your Dashboard. Job availability depends on your location, demand, and qualifications.
How does job booking work?
Jobs appear in your queue based on your radius, services offered, and client demand. Most jobs are directly assigned depending on proximity, job type requirements, and availability.
How do payments work?
Payments are issued per completed inspection, not hourly. Once your job passes QA, payment is processed to your saved bank account. Rates depend on job type, market conditions, and property size.
What liability coverage do I need?
Inspectors must carry General Liability Insurance at the minimum limits required by their state. Inspectify does not require Professional Liability/E&O.
Surveyors are not required to carry insurance, though it is recommended.
Does Inspectify pay for surveyors who want to become licensed inspectors?
No. Inspectify does not sponsor or reimburse licensing, certification, or education costs. If a surveyor chooses to pursue inspector licensing or certification, that investment is made independently. We cannot guarantee increased job volume solely based on obtaining additional credentials.
Can I continue serving my own clients?
Yes. You are free to maintain and grow your personal client base.
How many inspections can I expect per week?
Volume depends on your coverage area, responsiveness, and the number of other inspectors or surveyors active in the region. Many inspectors complete 8–20+ jobs weekly depending on season and demand.
What job types are most common in my area?
This varies by market. Some regions see heavier rent-ready volume, while others may have more full-home inspection work. You can reach out to our partnerships team directly if you'd like further insight to your market area.
Does Inspectify compensate for extended travel?
In most cases where jobs require travel outside standard metro boundaries, Inspectify may include added travel compensation. This will be listed in the job details or discussed during booking with our support team.
