Inspectify Referral Program

If you refer another inspector to Inspectify, you and the referred applicant may be eligible for an onboarding incentive.

Program overview

The Inspectify Referral Program promotes current Inspectify inspectors to refer others to join the Inspectify community. Both referrers and referred inspectors must adhere to the following program rules. It is important to read and understand these rules to know your rights and responsibilities in regards to this program.

General

Inspectors have the opportunity to earn a referral incentive for each referred inspector they bring on board to the Inspectify Platform (subject to Term Conditions). If the new Inspector that you refer satisfies the incentive criteria, the type of referral incentive you are eligible to receive depends upon:

(i) the Inspectify region associated with your Inspectify account

(ii) the Inspectify region associated with the newly referred inspector 

(iii) other factors regarding business need as determined and communicated by Inspectify

Earning Referral Incentives

When you refer a new inspector to the Inspectify Platform you and the referred applicant may be eligible for a referral incentive if the referred inspector is approved.

As a standing rule, and unless otherwise noted by Inspectify, the new inspector applicant must complete the following to be eligible for the referral incentive:

• Submit an inspector application form using the form link you receive in the initial outreach email, and include your referral details (your name, email and company name) in the “Referred by” & "Referrer name" form fields.
• The inspector applicant must apply within 30 days of the referring inspector receiving the initial outreach email.
• The inspector applicant must complete the onboarding process within 10 days and become an active inspector on the Inspectify Platform.
• The inspector applicant must complete at least one inspection before referral incentives are paid. Incentives will be paid to both parties after the newly onboarding inspector completes one initial inspection.

Incentive amounts and active regions

A referral incentive indicated in the outreach email will be awarded to both you and your referral once they have completed all above requirements.

The availability of this promotion may vary based on operational needs, market conditions, and other factors. This means that this promotion may or may not be available in your region at any given time. If it is available, a representative from Inspectify will contact you with further information.

Term Conditions

• Inspectors cannot earn referral incentives for referring themselves. Inspector eligibility and approval are determined at the sole discretion of Inspectify and are not guaranteed. Referral incentives cannot be combined with any other new inspector sign-up promotions.
• We may share information concerning a referred applicant's eligibility, progress, or qualification for a referral incentive with the referring inspector.
• The incentive amount may vary based on the referring Inspector and the region of the referred applicant. There is no guarantee that all referring Inspectors or referred applicants in the same region will receive the same incentive amounts or requirements.
• Only one referral promotion can be used upon applying to work with Inspectify. This promotion runs for a limited time only and may be suspended or ended at Inspectify’s discretion.
• The amount of the incentive may vary by city and time of application. Amount may be changed at Inspectify’s discretion.
• Referred applicants may receive communication from a referring Inspector regarding incentive requirements. Inspectify cannot control the content of these communications and cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies they may contain.
• If a referred applicants previously applied to Inspectify but never completed their application, they are only eligible for the referral amount, if any, associated with the original application.
• Referred applicants will not be eligible for any other referral amount. If the previous referral promotion expires, the applicant won't be eligible for a referral incentive.
• Only one person can earn a referral incentive for any referred inspector. In the event that multiple persons claim credit for a particular referral applicant, Inspectify has full discretion to determine which person will receive any referral incentive.
• Inspectify reserves the right to withhold or deduct referral incentives obtained through the Referral Program in the event that Inspectify determines or believes that the receipt of the incentive was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Term Conditions or any other applicable agreement between you and Inspectify.
• Inspectify does not guarantee or promise that the referral promotion will be available in all regions or any specific region. The availability of this promotion may vary based on operational needs, market conditions, and other factors that Inspectify, in its sole discretion, deems relevant.
• Inspectify reserves the right to determine eligibility for this promotion based on the specific profession or qualifications of the inspection professional. Such determinations will be made in accordance with Inspectify's operational needs, market conditions, and other relevant considerations at its sole discretion. All types of inspection professionals may or may not qualify for this promotion, and Inspectify retains the authority to prioritize specific specialty inspectors (ie - plumbers, termite inspectors, etc) as deemed appropriate for its business objectives.
• Inspectify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the availability, scope, and participants of this promotion. This includes the right to offer the promotion to a limited group of individuals, a broad spectrum of participants, or specific individuals, as it deems fit.
• Inspectify may modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the referral promotion at any time without notice, reason, or liability. Participants are encouraged to check the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed about any changes.
• All decisions made by Inspectify regarding the availability and eligibility for this promotion are final and binding, and are not subject to appeal.
