Refer an inspector to Inspectify, and both you and the referred inspector could qualify for an onboarding incentive!
Program overview
The Inspectify Referral Program promotes current Inspectify inspectors to refer others to join the Inspectify community. Both referrers and referred inspectors must follow the program rules outlined below. Please review these rules carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
General
Inspectors can earn a referral incentive for each new inspector they refer to the Inspectify platform, subject to Terms & Conditions. If the referred inspector meets the incentive criteria, the type of referral incentive you may receive will depend on:
- (i) The region associated with your Inspectify account.
- (ii) The region associated with the referred inspector.
- (iii) Additional factors related to business needs, as determined and communicated by Inspectify.
Earning Referral Incentives
When you refer a new inspector to the Inspectify platform, both you and the referred inspector may qualify for a referral incentive if Inspectify determines there is a need for the referred inspector to be onboarded and they meet the eligibility criteria.
To qualify for the incentive, the referred inspector must:
- Submit an application: Complete the inspector application form using the referral link provided in the initial outreach email and include your referral details (name, email, and company) in the “Referred by” and “Referrer name” fields.
- Successfully onboard: Complete the onboarding process and become an active inspector on the Inspectify platform.
- Complete an inspection: Conduct at least one inspection using the Inspectify app.
Incentives will be paid to both parties after the newly onboarded inspector successfully completes their first inspection.
Your name, inspection company name and email address must be added when your referred applicants first apply. They cannot add it later.
Incentive Amounts and Active Regions
- Referral incentives, as indicated in the outreach email, will be awarded to both you and your referral once all eligibility requirements are completed.
- Please note that the availability and amount of referral incentives may vary based upon operational needs, market conditions, and other factors. This promotion may not be available in all regions at all times. If the promotion is active in your region, a representative from Inspectify will contact you with further information.
Term Conditions
- Self-Referrals: Inspectors cannot earn referral incentives for referring themselves.
- Eligibility and Approval: Inspector eligibility and approval are determined solely at Inspectify’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
- Referring Inspector Communications: Referred applicants may receive communication from referring inspectors about incentive requirements. Inspectify cannot control the content of these communications and is not responsible for inaccuracies.
- Non-Combinable Offers: Referral incentives cannot be combined with other new inspector sign-up promotions.
- Promotion Availability: The referral promotion may not be available in all regions and is subject to operational needs, market conditions, and other factors as determined by Inspectify.
- Eligibility by Profession: Eligibility for referral incentives may depend on the referred applicant’s profession or qualifications (e.g., plumbers, termite inspectors). Inspectify reserves the right to prioritize certain specialties based on business objectives.
- Scope of Participants: Inspectify may limit the promotion to specific individuals, groups, or regions at its sole discretion.
- Incentive Variations and Amounts: Incentive amounts may vary based on factors such as the region associated with the referring inspector, the region of the referred applicant, the timing of the application, and other factors determined by Inspectify. Inspectify reserves the right to adjust these amounts at its discretion.
- Previously Applied Applicants: Applicants who previously applied to Inspectify but did not complete their application are only eligible for the referral incentive, if any, associated with their original application.
- Referral Exclusivity: Only one person may earn a referral incentive for any referred inspector. If multiple claims are made, Inspectify has sole discretion to determine who receives the incentive.
- Fraud and Misconduct: Inspectify reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral incentives if they are earned through error, fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Information Sharing: Inspectify may share details about a referred applicant’s eligibility, progress, or qualification for a referral incentive with the referring inspector.
- First-Come, First-Serve: Referral bonuses are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Inspectify reserves the right to withhold or not pay out a bonus if the referral need has already been met. Only the first applicants to complete referral requirements and onboarding will be eligible for the bonus. No bonuses are guaranteed if the supply need has been filled by the time of onboarding completion.
- Future Activation and Incentive Eligibility: Referred inspectors may be onboarded and activated at any time in the future based on operational needs. Referral incentives will still be issued as long as the referring inspector remains an active member of the Inspectify platform when the referred inspector meets all eligibility requirements.
- Modification and Termination: Inspectify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral promotion at any time without prior notice or liability. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
- Final Decisions: All decisions made by Inspectify regarding promotion availability, eligibility, and incentive distribution are final and not subject to appeal.
