Add Services On Dashboard
You can add services that you offer easily on your dashboard. We’ve updated the “Business details” tab to include new features, such as adding ancillary services with pricing and defining your serviceable area.
Why is this important?
Allowing editing of business details means it is no longer necessary to contact our team for most updates, which saves time for everyone.
Web Report Refresh
The web report has been updated with a new look and improved functionality! New features include a search bar for quickly finding report details, a navigation panel that highlights identified issues, and both light and dark mode options.

Inspection Duration
Soon, you will see estimated inspection durations presented on some jobs. We’re working to provide these for as many job types as possible moving forward.
Preventing Inspections From Starting Early
In the coming weeks, we will be preventing inspections from starting more than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for “Appointment” based jobs. For “Go Anytime” jobs, if there is a range of available days, we will prevent inspections from starting before the first available day.

Say hello to a new way of capturing spaces with more depth and detail—introducing 360° Photo Sphere Capture. This feature seamlessly stitches images into an interactive panoramic view, offering a complete and detailed perspective of a space’s condition directly from the inspection report.
