Multi-Unit Property Inspections

We have an update to the Inspectify app that streamlines inspections for multi-unit properties.

Multi-Unit Inspection Features:

• Unified Job Cards: All inspections for a multi-unit property will now be merged into a single, intuitive job card. This card will display the individual unit address and specific access details. Each job card in the app will now display the total count of individual units.
  
• Property Access Information: Click into the job card to view individual units. Click “Access Units” to see specific access instructions for each unit. At the top of each unit's section, you'll find the individual unit's status indicating whether the unit is “Not Started,” “In Progress,” or “Completed.” Clicking the individual unit button, then selecting "Start inspection," will open the report for that unit.
  
• Property Common Areas: The updated design of our app will now display sections such as “Common”, "Pool", or “Roof”, etc. These new sections will group the building exterior, common spaces, roof, and any other property components that affect all units to facilitate easier management.
• Actionable Reporting: Data from all units will be aggregated into a single property report, with unit-level filtering for detailed analysis. The final report is published upon completion of all units.

These updates will enhance inspection efficiency and support the delivery of thorough, accurate multi-unit property reports.
