How can I obtain permit data for my inspections?

Reach out to your Inspectify Account Representative and our team is happy to turn this feature on for your account. Once enabled, any permit data we have access to in our system will be automatically displayed on all inspection web reports.

How can I access permit data for a property?

To access permit data, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the web report.
    PD - inspection report
  2. Locate the dedicated permit section in the Summary at the top and click on View permits.

  3. A new tab will open, showing a comprehensive list of permits available for the property. The permits are ordered in descending order by the year, based on the permit issue date.

  4. For further details on a specific permit, click on the permit row. A modal will then open with additional details, if available.

Why is there no permit data available for my property?

We leverage the latest data to provide you with extensive permit information whenever it's possible. However, please be aware that the availability of this data is dependent on its release by local jurisdictions and their update frequency.
