Best Practices: Providing property access information

You will now have the opportunity to provide inspectors with more details on how to access a property when placing an order. You can select as many types of property access as you would like, and within each option you will see fields specific to that type of property access.

For example, when adding a combination lockbox, you can provide a code, as well as directions on where the lockbox is located on the property.

Inspector Instructions and Scheduling Instructions

We are now separating what used to be “Special instructions” into two options called “Inspector instructions” and “Scheduling instructions” to increase clarity for our team and our inspectors.

Inspector Instructions will be your direct line to the inspector. This information will be provided to inspectors before they begin inspections and can include any requests or information you would like them to know.

Scheduling instructions is your direct line to the Inspectify team. This is a great place to enter requests that involve the scheduling of the inspection.
