Recording Missing Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Detectors

When recording missing CO and smoke detectors, we ask that you answer all required questions and add deficiencies.

Please refrain from marking the section or question as "Not Present" when detectors are missing; this prevents clients from having visibility to safety deficiencies.  We require that defects are added for missing CO and smoke detectors.
