Understanding Your Reliability Score
The Reliability Score is part of Inspectify’s new Analytics tab, designed to help you understand and track your performance on our platform. This article explains what the Reliability Score is, how it’s calculated, and how you can improve it.
What is the Reliability Score?
Your Reliability Score is a number out of 100 that reflects how consistently you complete and deliver jobs on time. It is calculated based on your activity from the last 30 days.
In addition to your score, the Analytics tab also shows:
- The total count of jobs completed in the last 30 days
- The proportion of those jobs that included a late report or self-initiated reschedule/cancellation
Factors Affecting Your Reliability Score
The following self-initiated actions impact your score:
- Late Report → A report published more than 24 hours after the first question is answered.
- Self-Initiated Reschedule → A reschedule where your newly scheduled time is more than 24 hours after the originally scheduled time.
- Self-Initiated Cancellation → Any time you cancel a confirmed job.
Note: Customer-initiated cancellations and reschedules do not impact your score.
Where Can I See My Reliability Score?
You can view your score in two places:
- Online dashboard → Analytics tab
- Inspectify app → Profile section
Why Does the Reliability Score Matter?
- A high Reliability Score reflects a strong customer experience.
- While your score does not yet impact job offers, in the future, higher scores will mean priority access to more jobs.
How to Improve Your Reliability Score
Here are some practical tips to help maintain or raise your score:
- Submit reports within 24 hours of starting them.
- Avoid rescheduling jobs that would cause a delay of more than 24 hours.
- Only confirm jobs you are certain you can complete.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How often is my score updated?
A: Your Reliability Score updates daily and reflects the last 30 days of activity.
Q: What happens if my score is low?
A: For now, your score is only for visibility and learning. In the future, inspectors with higher scores will be prioritized for job offers.
Q: Do customer-initiated reschedules or cancellations count against me?
A: No. Only reschedules and cancellations initiated by you impact your score.
Q: What if I had a one-time emergency that caused a cancellation or delay?
A: Single incidents may temporarily affect your score, but as the 30-day window rolls forward, those events drop off and your score will adjust.
Q: Will more performance metrics be added?
A: Yes. The Reliability Score is just the beginning. We’ll be adding more analytics in the future to help you better track and improve your performance.
Q: Who can see my Reliability Score?
A: Only users with admin access can see this dashboard, and the information remains private. If you’re part of a larger franchise, you can easily update who has admin access by adjusting your permission settings in the dashboard.
