Using your Temporary Password to log into your account for the first time
Clients are encouraged to attempt basic troubleshooting steps, such as requesting a new password. In most cases, clients will need to utilize the Temporary Password that was provided via email during the account setup process to create a new password for your account. See an example of the "Access your Inspectify Account!" email below.
Resetting your account password via the Inspectify Website or Client Dashboard
- Go to the Inspectify Website and select the appropriate login option for you.
- Use the "Forgot your password?" button to receive a temporary password.
- Enter your email or phone number to reset your existing password via email.
Resetting Your Account Password Via The Inspectify App
- Open the Inspectify App and click the "Forgot Password" button.
- If you have an existing account, type in your email address and click "Send reset email".
- If you do not have an existing account click the "Create an account" button (seen above in Step 1) and follow the instructions to get your account set up properly.
