Web Report Feedback Tool

The Web Report Feedback Tool encourages clients to give feedback to Inspectify on their inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with expectations.

1. How can I submit feedback on the report? You can submit feedback by clicking the "Give us feedback" button on the report. This will take you to a section where you can rate your satisfaction with the report and share your feedback.

2. How are report ratings determined? Report ratings are based on user satisfaction, measured on a scale of 1 to 5. A rating of 1 indicates dissatisfaction, while a 5 represents high satisfaction with the report’s quality.

3. What can you include in your feedback? Please feel free to share concerns, request clarifications, or highlight any discrepancies in the report. Here are a few key areas you may want to address:

  • Clarity & Accuracy – Was the report easy to understand? Were there any errors?
  • Detail & Completeness – Did the report provide enough information, or were any key details missing? Were any defects overlooked? Is the quality of photos or videos satisfactory?

Note: Providing more details in your feedback will help make the next steps easier to navigate.

4. What happens after feedback is submitted?

 Next Steps (Internally)

  1. Review Feedback & Report - Once feedback is received, we assess tickets related to low report quality and conduct an audit if needed.
  2. Document Findings – We document our findings, outlining any identified discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Escalate for Feedback or Revisions – Based on the nature of the findings, we escalate issues to the appropriate teams for further review, feedback, or necessary revisions.
