Our Customer Success team works seven days a week and will resolve the issue with you and the client.
Should you run into a situation where you are unable to access the property after troubleshooting with the Customer Success team:
- As always, please contact Inspectify while you are on site for any access issues. Our team can be reached via text or call at 855-271-6876.
- Add a limitation on the report for “Home Inaccessible”.
- Take a minimum of 2 photos for that limitation. One of the home from the street where the numbers are visible and the other of the intended access, if safe to do so.
- Please do not publish the inspection report.
