What if I cannot access a property at the appointment time?

Please notify Inspectify as soon as possible by emailing hello@inspectify.com, calling or texting (855) 271-6876.

Our Customer Success team works seven days a week and will resolve the issue with you and the client.


 
Should you run into a situation where you are unable to access the property after troubleshooting with the Customer Success team:
  1. As always, please contact Inspectify while you are on site for any access issues. Our team can be reached via text or call at 855-271-6876.
  2. Add a limitation on the report for “Home Inaccessible”.
  3. Take a minimum of 2 photos for that limitation. One of the home from the street where the numbers are visible and the other of the intended access, if safe to do so.
  4. Please do not publish the inspection report.
