What should I do when I see the login screen after opening the app for the first time?

If the app opens up to the login screen when you have not yet setup your account, return to your email inbox to find the inspection request email. In the email, locate and click on the Get It On Google Play or Download on the App Store icon that matches your device. This will re-open the app, and prompt you to setup a password. 

Please note: Accessing an inspection in the app only requires a password if your account is configured to require a password. Please disregard if your account is setup without password access or contact our team for further assistance.
