Range: a range is a combination of a cooktop and an oven, all in one appliance.
Cooktop: a cooktop is installed into a countertop or other surface, and is made up of one or more burners.
Wall oven: a wall oven installs directly into cabinetry, and is a standalone oven without a stovetop component.
