Where do I find Order Information?

Here is a breakdown of our order information. Please note that each client is different and to pay close attention to the LOE (Letter of Engagement) when assigned an order. This is for generic information only.

Turnaround Time

  • All orders are due within 24 hours of assignment.

Fees

  • Desktop Appraisals: $175

  • Hybrids:

    • $95 (Post-Desktop Hybrid for Backflip)

    • $175 (Standard Hybrid)

Order Documents

  • No formal "order form" is used.

  • Appraisers will receive:

    • LOE (Letter of Engagement)

    • Inspection Report (Hybrids only)

    • SOW (Scope of Work) if the report requires AIV + ARV

File Setup in Profet

Our team will handle setup in Profet, including:

  • Adding Loan Number

  • Adding Borrower Name

  • Selecting the correct Transaction Type (based on LOE and form type)

Point of Contact (POC)

  • POC details are only provided for traditional reports.

  • For Desktops and Hybrids, no POC will be included since contact is not expected.

  • If photos are missing, email us directly at appraisal@inspectify.com and we will request them.
