Why won't my MLS Subscription Verify?

If your MLS subscription is not verifying within the Profet platform, there are a few common issues to check.

Step 1: Confirm MLS Selection

  • Ensure you are selecting the correct MLS name and abbreviation from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Verify Your Member Number

Your MLS member number can vary depending on how your MLS is set up. Please try each of the following options:

  • License Number

  • Username used to log in to your MLS website

  • Member Number listed in your MLS profile or account settings
