Estimated Time: Approximately 2 - 4 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.
Note on Our Requirements
For all Inspectify Home Inspections and Major Systems Plus Inspections, the following is required:
- The roof must be walked on or inspected using a drone.
- The electrical panel cover must be removed, and the interior components must be photographed.
- If present, all items listed in the template must be inspected
Please refer to our community guidelines for more information. If you are unable or unwilling to perform these tasks, please do not accept these jobs when offered. Instead, contact our Inspector Partnerships Team to configure the jobs Inspectify sends you.
Templates and workflows may differ between clients, but it is crucial to inspect all areas and systems listed in the report.

General Notes:
- Take Clear Photos: Many clients rely on these photos to make buying decisions.
- Note Repairs/Damage: If any repair or damage is noted, identify it as a defect. When in doubt, add a defect. Defects are highlighted in the report summary to help clients.
- Document Inspection Limitations: If you encounter any problems during the inspection, document them in the report as limitations.
→For example, please add a limitation if you cannot access a system or an item is not present. - Duplicate Subsystems: When applicable, please add more rooms/systems to be sure you document the entire home.

Reports must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of the appointment time.
